CUSTOM DESIGNS & IMAGES
Please paste a link to your custom photo in the custom text box. We can review its pixel quality and get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure you submit a quality version of your photo or design. 
Send us the link to your photo within 12 hours.
 
DELIVERY
It will take us 1-3 business days to create your order. For express shipping option, delivery usually takes 1 - 4 business days with UPS Express. For regular shipping option, delivery takes 5-10 business days. These days are additional to manufacturing times. So, you expect to receive your order within 3 - 15 business days depending on your shipping preference. For Signature Confirmation, please notify within 24 hours of placing the order.
 
CANCELLATIONS 
Please let us know if you want to cancel your order. If production has not started for your order, we would gladly cancel and provide you full refund.
 
RETURNS
Because each product is custom made, it is not possible to accept returns at this moment. In case you face any issues, please contact us so we can assist you.
